Roving Waste Opening Machine

• This is a special machine exclusively meant for the opening or roving, inter and slubbing waste at high speed.
• This machine consists of feed lattice 500mm width, 1200mm centers, feed roller of 75mm dia, fluted and chased, wooden collecting roller 100mm dia.
• The main cylinder consists of rows of wooden lags fitted with high tensile steel pins. The cylinder is 610mm dia and 435mm wide.
• This machine also consists of pedals and weights. The cylinder, feed roller, collecting roller, feed and delivery lattices, cage and cross shaft, are all housed in heavy duty ball bearings.
• The perforated sheet gauge is 400mm dia. The delivery lattice is 500mm wide and 760mm centres.

• This machine is provided with locking device to cylinder cover and all the gears are well covered. The speed of the cylinder is between 800 to 1000 RPM.
